We don't hire often, and when we do we look for engineers who've already shipped real systems — not just trained models on benchmarks.

What working
here is like.

Four things we tell every person who joins us, on day one. None of them are negotiable.

You ship to production.

No demos, no slide decks, no proof-of-concept theater. Every project we take on goes into production for a real client with real data and real consequences if it breaks.

You work directly with the people who decide.

There's no account manager translating between you and the client. You talk to the people who need the system built, you push back when their ideas are wrong, and you own the decisions that make it work.

You can work from anywhere.

We're based in India and most of the team is remote. We care about what you build, not where you sit while you build it. Async-first, with meetings only when they earn their place.

The work is hard.

Most of what we do involves messy data, unclear requirements, and problems that don't have textbook answers. If you want a job where someone hands you well-defined tickets, this isn't it.

The best engineers we've worked with all have one thing in common — they can describe, in detail, the parts of their last project that nearly didn't work.

Who we're
looking for.

Engineers who've built and shipped production AI systems — especially in document intelligence, knowledge graphs, entity resolution, or biomedical AI.

We don't care about degrees or how long you've been doing this. We care that you've actually done it, you can show us, and you can talk about why the hard parts were hard.

How we
hire.

  1. Step one

    You email us.

    Tell us about a system you've built. What it does, what was hard, and what you'd do differently. No CV needed yet.

  2. Step two

    We talk.

    A long, unstructured conversation about your work. No whiteboard puzzles, no leetcode, no trick questions.

  3. Step three

    A small paid project.

    If we both want to keep going, we work together on something real and small. We pay for your time. It usually tells us everything we need to know.
